Secure payment

Secure and easy payment is a top priority at ZenXstore. Transactions at ZenXstore are secured by the Multisafepay payment system. All information exchanged for payment processing is encrypted via the SSL protocol. This data cannot be traced, intercepted, or used by third parties. It is also not stored in our computer systems. You can choose your preferred online payment method: iDEAL, PayPal, credit card, bank transfer, or, of course, by debit card or cash in store.

Pay with iDeal

With iDeal, you can pay through your own bank. You pay within your familiar online payment environment. This is reliable, secure, and easy. You can use iDeal immediately, without having to register. To learn more about iDeal, visit www.ideal.nl.

Place the items in your shopping cart. Select iDeal payment and click on your bank's logo. You will be redirected to your online banking environment. Enter your details and pay as you normally would. The amount will be debited from your bank account. Down Town will receive immediate confirmation once the payment is approved. You will receive an email confirmation and your order will be processed.

Pay upon receipt (only in the Netherlands)

First, receive your product, check it out, and then pay. After selecting the "Pay after Delivery" payment method, enter your personal information and complete the order. The webshop will ship the order, and you will receive a summary of the payment details. You have 14 days to complete the payment. You can choose when and how you want to pay.

Pay by bank transfer

If you prefer to pay by bank transfer, you can select this option on the payment screen. The required information will be displayed when you choose this option. You can transfer the amount via your own bank. After receiving the payment, your order will be processed. This payment method may take an additional business day. However, in most cases, the amount is credited to our account immediately, and your order can be shipped the same day.

Pay with PayPal

With PayPal, you pay through your PayPal account. Simply select PayPal on the payment screen. You'll then be redirected to your PayPal account and log in. The amount is transferred immediately, so we see the payment immediately. However, we prefer iDEAL as the fastest and most secure payment method.

Pay with Credit Card

Of course, you can also pay with your Visa, Mastercard, Maestro or American Express. Select your credit card and the payment will be processed via MultiSafePay.
