You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after receiving it, without providing any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product.

You will be refunded the full order amount, including shipping costs. Return shipping from your home in the Netherlands to our store is at your own expense.

Shipping is free within the Netherlands. For Belgium and other countries, please check your carrier’s website for the exact rates.

If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned with all supplied accessories and, if reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at support@zenxstore.nl. We will refund the order amount within 14 days after notification of your return, provided the product has been received in good condition. If the product or its packaging is damaged beyond what is necessary to inspect it, we may charge a depreciation fee. Please handle the product carefully and ensure it is properly packaged when returning.

If the product you received does not meet your expectations, you can of course return it. You have 14 days to return the item from the date you received it.

After we receive your return, your payment will be refunded within 5 working days via the same payment method you used. Prefer to exchange it? No problem — contact us via chat or email at support@zenxstore.nl.

You can return items within 30 days. If you use your right of withdrawal, please notify us in advance. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. You will receive your refund within 5 working days after we receive your return.
