Shipping policy
ZenX Store is not a dropshipping company. All orders are shipped directly from our own warehouse in Rosmalen, the Netherlands.
At ZenX Store, we do our utmost to ensure your order arrives safely and quickly. Below you’ll find all essential information about our shipping process, delivery times, and shipping costs.
1. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Once your order has been processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (if applicable).
2. Delivery Times
We work with DHL and PostNL to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

3. Shipping Costs
Free shipping for all orders within the Netherlands.
For orders below the free shipping threshold, standard shipping fees apply and are calculated during checkout.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to follow your shipment.
Please note that tracking information may take a few days to update.
5. Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is delayed, we recommend first checking the tracking status.
If your order has not arrived within 5 business days after the estimated delivery time, please contact us at support@zenxstore.nl.
ZenX Store is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after successful delivery.
6. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
For international orders, customs fees or import taxes may apply.
These costs are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country. Please check your country’s import regulations before placing an order.
7. Incorrect Address or Unclaimed Packages
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly during checkout. ZenX Store cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or not being collected, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs.
