Description
42V 2A charger for Segway Ninebot electric scooters
Lost or broken your charger? This 42V 2A charger is a compatible replacement charger for Segway Ninebot electric scooters with a 36V battery, such as the Ninebot ES1, ES2, ES4, E22E and E45E. It can also be used with various Xiaomi scooters that have the same charging voltage and charging port. The adapter has an EU plug, so you can plug it straight into a socket in the Netherlands or Belgium.
Please note: this is not an original Segway product, but a charger with the same 42V charging voltage. Before ordering, check the label on your old charger: if it states an output voltage of 42V, this charger is suitable in terms of voltage. Safety: only use this charger for scooters with a 36V battery that is charged at 42V. Models with a higher battery voltage, such as the Segway GT series, need a different charger. Do not charge unattended or near flammable materials.

Frequently asked questions
Will this charger fit my Segway Ninebot scooter?
It is compatible with the Segway Ninebot ES1, ES2, ES4, E22E and E45E. These models have a 36V battery that is charged at 42V. If you have a different Ninebot model, compare the output voltage on your old charger or send us a photo of your charging port and rating plate.
Why 42V for a 36V battery?
A 36V lithium-ion battery is fully charged at around 42V. A charger therefore always supplies slightly more voltage than the battery's nominal voltage. A 42V charger is the right choice for a 36V scooter such as the Ninebot ES series.
Is this an original Segway Ninebot charger?
No, it is a compatible replacement charger with the same 42V charging voltage. It is not made by Segway itself. This way you can charge your scooter again without a long search for an original charger.
Does this charger fit a Ninebot Max G30?
No. The Ninebot Max G30 has a built-in charger and is charged with a mains cable, not with an external adapter like this one. This charger is intended for scooters with an external 42V charger, such as the ES series and the E22E and E45E.
