Will my phone fit in this holder?
The holder fits most smartphones. If you have a very large device or a thick protective case, send us the model of your phone and case. We will let you know whether it fits, so you don't get any surprises when the holder arrives.
Does the holder also fit a bicycle?
The holder is made for the handlebar of an electric scooter. If your bicycle handlebar has a similar diameter where you want to mount the holder, you can use it on your bike too. If in doubt, measure your handlebar and just ask us.
Am I allowed to use my phone while riding?
In the Netherlands you may not hold a mobile phone while riding, including on a bicycle or scooter. A phone in a handlebar holder to follow your route is allowed. Set up your navigation before you set off and do not operate your phone on the way. Outside the Netherlands, check the local rules.
How do I mount the holder?
You do not need any tools. Put the clamp around your handlebar, tighten it and then place your phone in the holder. Before each ride, quickly check that the holder is secure and cannot rotate, especially on bumpy roads or cobbles.
