Because the insole is removable, you can replace it with your own orthotic insole. Care
Clean the leather with a damp cloth and treat it now and then with a leather balm or smooth-leather spray to keep it supple. Take out the nappa leather insole to let it air. Don't dry the sneakers on a radiator, as this can dry out the leather.
