Charger for your e-scooter: Xiaomi M365, Pro 2 and 1S
Charger broken, lost or left behind on holiday? With this e-scooter charger you can charge a Xiaomi M365, M365 Pro, Pro 2 or Mi 1S as normal again. It is a compatible replacement charger (not an original Xiaomi product) with a 42V 2A output, exactly the charging voltage the 36V battery of these scooters needs. An LED on the adapter glows red while charging and turns green once the battery is full.
Many people also buy this charger as a second unit, so they can keep one at work or school and don't have to carry their charger around all the time. Not sure which model you have? Check the rating plate under the scooter or the label on your old charger. Safety: only use this charger for scooters with a 36V battery. How do I know which Xiaomi scooter I have?
The model is shown on the rating plate, usually under the deck or near the handlebar. The Xiaomi Home app also shows which model you have paired. If you have an M365, M365 Pro, Pro 2 or Mi 1S, this charger is compatible. Not sure? Send us a photo of the rating plate.
Why 42V when my scooter has a 36V battery?
A 36V lithium-ion battery is fully charged at around 42V. A charger therefore has to supply slightly more voltage than the battery's nominal voltage. A 42V charger is the right choice for a 36V scooter such as the M365 series.
Is this an original Xiaomi charger?
No, it is a compatible replacement charger with the same 42V output voltage. It is compatible with the Xiaomi models listed, but is not made by Xiaomi itself. This way you can charge your scooter again without having to hunt down an expensive original charger.
My scooter won't charge – is it the charger?
First check the LED. If it stays green while the battery is empty, check the charging port for dirt or moisture and make sure the plug is fully inserted. If the scooter doesn't charge with another charger either, the problem is often the battery or the charging port. Feel free to get in touch with us.
