This solid rubber tire is ideal for those who never want to get a flat again. It features perforated holes for weight reduction and increased comfort. It also has an optimal drainage profile, ensuring water and snow are effectively shed.
Installation instructions
1. Heat the solid rubber band in the microwave for 3 x 30 seconds or place it in boiling water for a few minutes. This makes it more flexible and easier to install.
2. Take some Vaseline or dish soap and apply it to the inside of the tire. This will make it easier to slide onto the rim.
3. Then press the tire onto the rim. A tire lever from a bicycle repair kit can be helpful. The back of a spoon also works.
